Saratoga Staple Adds Raw Bar

The famous Hattie’s Restaurant, known for their unbeatable fried chicken, recently announced the addition of a Raw Bar and an outdoor bar to their courtyard.

The new patio bar is open at 4pm daily with a happy hour Monday-Friday from 4pm-7pm (at the bar only.)

Saratoga Springs, NY – Hattie’s Restaurant has added a Raw Bar and an outdoor bar to their courtyard, designed and built by Hattie’s bar designer and builder, Matt Geleta.  Customers place their order directly with the shucker, watch their clams or oysters opened and pay right at the raw bar.

The outdoor bar is filled with aromatic herbs and plants and offers alternative bar seating while customers are waiting for a table or enjoying the raw bar.

Head Shucker Simon Smith has been waiting all spring for the raw bar to open.  “I’ve worked in every department at Hattie’s and I jumped at the chance to run the raw bar.  Plus I get to spend my nights outside!” says Smith.  Simon also provided photographs of the raw bar for advertising.

Hattie’s Newly designed Patio Bar is open at 4pm daily with a Happy hour Monday –Friday 4pm-7pm serving half price drinks & complimentary pimento cheese and crackers (at the bar only.)

Industry happy hour takes place 10pm-close on Monday nights with half price drinks and DJ Trumastr providing entertainment.

Hattie’s is serving dinner 7 days a week 5pm-10pm and Saturday and Sunday Brunch 9am-2pm.
