Saratoga Springs, NY – Hattie’s Restaurant has added a Raw Bar and an outdoor bar to their courtyard, designed and built by Hattie’s bar designer and builder, Matt Geleta.  Customers place their order directly with the shucker, watch their clams or oysters opened and pay right at the raw bar.

The outdoor bar is filled with aromatic herbs and plants and offers alternative bar seating while customers are waiting for a table or enjoying the raw bar.
