Anyone who knows me knows that I base whether or not I’ll be attending an event on what the menu looks like.
While most people don’t go wild about eating while mingling with friends and peers, I’m all about it – if I can manage to talk with a mouth full of food, I’m in a great place.
Well it looks like Polo by Twilight is promising a night full of food, and it’s not just your typical event food. Catered by Skidmore College, you better believe they use their amazing culinary team to make some of the best food you’ll find at a local event.
Here’s a little about the event itself:
Polo by Twilight is an elegant evening featuring the 37th Annual Palamountain Cup Polo Match and the presentation of the Anne T. Palamountain Scholar Award on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 at the Saratoga Polo Fields, 2 Bloomfield Road.
Funds raised at this event support the Joseph C. and Anne T. Palamountain Scholarship Fund, created to honor Skidmore’s late president and his wife for their 22 years of dedicated service and leadership at the college.

Reception and registration begin at 5:30pm, silent auction from 5:30-7:30, dinner from 7-8:30, followed by the live auction and program at 7:45pm.
