It’s Saturday, you’re hungover, and you want to go eat something delicious. Maybe even grab a drink to recover, right?

Listen, I’m usually pretty damn simple when it comes to breakfast or brunch foods because quite honestly, I don’t like a lot of fuss. I like my eggs cooked perfectly (over medium, of course), and I like there to be a lot of texture.
