Fish at 30 Lake Has Sold

Fish at 30 Lake, a Mazzone property, has been sold.

According to The Times Union, Ron Farber who also owns R+R Kitchen & Bar is the new owner and plans to keep the restaurant running under the Fish at 30 Lake name. 

Brian Bowden (one of my favorite local chefs) is expected to oversee the kitchens of both establishments moving forward. Previously, Brian was the head chef of Mingle, which was the original occupant of 30 Lake Avenue.
