Monday is usually a bummer, but even more so this week because my birthday was on Saturday.
Of course, I celebrated Friday-Sunday (in true Ashley fashion) and got my fix of amazing meals throughout the whole weekend.
While I’m surprisingly excited to begin my 28th year, I’m also glad my 27th year is over.
My goals for 28 include traveling more and experiencing more cultures to broaden my palate but also my perspective. I’ve learned a lot over the past year, and now I’m ready for more!
