What to Expect at Park Side Eatery

June 28, 2013

The day has come for the grand opening of Park Side Eatery and the ribbon cutting ceremony will be today at 12PM! After being there last night and sampling some of their menu items, I can say with confidence that you will all be impressed with what they have to offer.

Here’s what you can expect:

– Daily soup specials

Monday: Seasonal Vegetable

Tuesday: Split Pea with Ham

Wednesday: Butternut and Corn Chowder

Thursday: Beef Vegetable Barley

Friday: New England Clam Chowder

Saturday: Roasted Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Sunday: Hearty Vegetarian Chili w/ Black Beans

They’ll also have old-fashioned chicken soup available EVERY day!

For barbeque, they’ll have Rock Hill brioche roll paired with any of their American BBQ, consisting of dry rubbed whole primal cuts, smoked for 12 hours.

Keep in mind that their corned beef and pastrami are made with prime angus, humanely raised and processed. These cattle are pasture raised and corn finished.

There’s much more on the menu, which you can find here: www.parksideeatery.com

didn’t you eat anything? how was the food? good enough to justify the prices? they seem pretty high

Of course I ate! There were several things I really enjoyed during the grand opening, like the gouda and sauteed mushroom grilled cheese and the corned beef. Each sample they had floating around was unique and I can’t wait to go back again to try something off of their menu. I really don’t see how it’s so much more than other area restaurants, especially knowing the types of quality products they’re producing at Park Side Eatery!
