After Buddha Noodle announced their pop up at Sinclair Saratoga was coming to an end, everyone has been patiently waiting to find out what would be going in next.
I’ve been hearing rumors, but didn’t want to write until it was confirmed. And now it is!
The new pop up at Sinclair Saratoga is…. FORGED by Chef AJ Richards.
This is great news, guys. I’m not sure how upscale food is going to work in such a swanky space like The Sinclair, but we’ll have to see how it goes. All I know is that Chef AJ Richards is one talented dude and I’ve been wanting to go to FORGED for a while (the restaurant is in Hudson Falls). He used to be the chef at Henry Street Taproom before leaving to do his own thing. HOORAY for having him back!
According to Sinclair Saratoga on Thursday, 7/19:
