Maestro’s Sold, To Become High-End Steakhouse

October 30, 2015

Maestros

Boy oh boy, do I have some news for you guys.

I just received a phone call from Maestro’s owner, Bill Donovan informing me that Maestro’s Restaurant has officially been sold.

Okay so for some of you, that might not be brand new news, but this next part should be.

Partners of The Adelphi Hotel (currently under renovations) have purchased Maestro’s Restaurant, and the restaurant will soon become a high-end steakhouse named Salt and Char.

Maestro’s is set to close in 2-3 weeks. After a few weeks of minor interior changes, Salt and Char is slated to open 2-3 weeks later.

Harvey’s and Symphony Catering will remain under the same owners.

This is HUGE news, right?! I can’t wait to find out even more, but I had to share with my fantastic foodies as soon as I found out.

Stay tuned for more updates next week! Until then…

I really wanted the town to have a proper steakhouse, but preferably at the expense of one of its dozens of Italian joints rather than Maestro’s. 🙁

Not surprised, the new food was not as good. That venue is a gold mine.
