Happy National Eat What You Want Day

Living the life of “oh, no thanks… I can’t eat that”, or “only on my cheat days”? Well consider today your lucky day, because it’s National Eat What You Want Day.

Yupp – you can literally eat whatever you want today, without absolutely any repercussions.

Just kidding… you’ll totally be paying for whatever calories/fat/carbs you choose, but honestly, who cares – you deserve to eat what you want every once in a while, right?

For me, my ideal day of eating will consist of:

  • A breakfast sandwich on a toasted everything bagel, with runny yolk, some melted cheese (preferably thinly sliced cheddar), and some thick cut bacon
  • Tomato, watermelon, and goat cheese “salad” with fresh basil and a really good balsamic (FYI this is relatively healthy, so BOOM!)
  • Two greasy slices of pepperoni pizza (yes, yes, and yes.)
  • Brownie sundae with a mound of whipped cream (must be from Harvest and Hearth because they’re the best)
