I knew it would come to an end some time, but I’m sad to say that the Buddha Noodle Pop-Up at Sinclair Saratoga will be ending on June 30th.
At this point, Sinclair hasn’t announced what’s coming in next, but they’re certainly creating a lot of hype around it.
As for Buddha Noodle, I don’t think this is the last we’ll be seeing of it. According to their Instagram post announcing the departure from Sinclair, they stated… “Please stay tuned when I announce BN’s next exciting move.”
I guess we’ll all have to keep our eyes peeled for that next announcement.

I was so disappointed they didn’t offer lunch, never go to try them. Maybe next time?
Price product mismatch plus they need something w bigger volume in the location (see Javiers for locale). I really like the chef, but that price point for the ramen was excessive (this isn’t New York City or even New Haven for that matter..). I saw this coming but maybe they can get a REAL wing joint (aka Duffs quality) in Saratoga…the reality is that these excessive rents are a real albatross.
This isn’t Greenwich CT or even Lenox MA…a very very different clientele.
